Office Containers
Our custom office containers are built to a high standard and units for purchase can be modified to whatever specifications that you require. Most commonly built from 20’ containers, we can also utilize other sizes, both larger and smaller. Some available options are listed below, but the finished product is limited only by your imagination.
• Framed, spray foam insulated, fully lined with prefinished plywood
• Forklift rated plywood floor
• Fully functional container end doors for access and/or storage
• Divider walls for office area and separate storage area
• Commercial steel man door
• Window with or without security grill or roll shutters
• Plan table, coat hooks, cork board
• Commercial grade vinyl flooring
• All electrical work is independently CSA inspected
• Surface mounted or concealed wiring

Emergency Preparedness
Your emergency preparedness container can be customized to suit your individual needs and to store whatever supplies you deem necessary. Any of our containers can be used for an emergency preparedness container, from a small 8’ unit to the largest 40’ unit, depending on your requirements. Available modifications include, but are not limited to;
