Our 8’ containers are an ideal solution for smaller storage use.
Measuring 8’ in length and 7’ 2” in width, they come in two heights. The standard size units measure 7’4” in height and the high cube units measure 8’5” in height. These smaller containers are easy to move around, while offering all of the security of the standard sized shipping containers.
An 8’ container is ideal for a backyard garden shed, job site tool lock up, small mini storage unit, dry storage for business documents, storage for an emergency preparedness kit, spill kit storage or tool and equipment storage for landscapers and contractors.

Our 9’ Containers measure 9’ in length, 7’2” in width and 7’5” in height. This size container is a comfortable height to walk around in and can be easily outfitted with custom shelving for storage of smaller items while still allowing plenty of space for larger items.
The 9’ containers are ideal for mini storage units, construction site tool and equipment lock up, storage of playground and sporting equipment, dry storage for business documents, storage for an emergency preparedness kit, or spill kit storage.

Our 10’ containers measure 10’ in length, 8’ in width and come in two heights. The standard height 10’ container is 8’6” tall and the high cube 10’ containers are 9’6” tall. These containers can be easily converted for many different uses, with the simple addition of shelving, lighting, insulation or electrical wiring.
These containers are the ideal size for 1st Aid or WHMIS rooms on job sites or emergency preparedness kit storage for municipalities, businesses and smaller organizations. In addition, this is a great size for storage of construction materials, playground and sports equipment, landscaping equipment or retail seasonal merchandise.

Our 20’ containers conform to international shipping industry standards and are available as both new and used units. These containers measure 8’ in width and 20’ in length and are available in a standard height of 8’6” or a high cube height of 9’6”.
With the addition of some custom finishes, such as insulation, lighting, doors, windows, electrical wiring and shelving, these containers are ideal for conversion to job site offices or backyard workshops. A 20’ container is the ideal size for storage of an emergency preparedness kit for schools, municipalities, and larger businesses or organizations. Van Isle Containers has a fleet of rental offices, perfect for use as site offices or lunch rooms. These offices are constructed from 8’ by 20’ from steel shipping containers.
Our 8’ by 20’ office containers come in several different designs, all of which are wired for electrical, and have interior lights and a baseboard heater. Most of our 20’ office units allow for the full interior to be used as office space, as well as having full use of the container doors on the end for easy loading and unloading of larger items. These units can also be transported and placed on site using either a tilt deck ramp truck or a crane.

High Security Lockbox
Investing in security is important when valuable items are housed in your storage container. If your project requires a secure solution, or you want to put a stop to theft at your site, Van Isle Containers can upgrade your existing system.
Purchasing a used container? Most new containers now come with a factory installed lock box, but you may want to upgrade the locking system on a used container. Security is a necessity if you plan on storing valuable items in your container.
